Aww shucks - I leave tomorrow evening.  I didn't go in to work today.  Instead, I slept until Brian got up, walked the dogs, then went out for coffee with Sarah.  When I got home, I cleaned up, did all my laundry and packed for the week.  Also made sure I got all my software up and running and re-checked my flight confirmations. 

I'm sooooo excited but also am starting to get a little anxious.  I'm anxious about leaving and being away from my pups & Brian for so long :-(  They make my life SO HAPPY.  I've never been separated from them for this long.  Come to think of it...I'm not sure I've been separated from them for more than a night (the recent wedding)....ever.

I'm going to miss my little nuggets.

Sofie is at the groomer now - getting all beautified because she had become such a little ragamuffin.  She really had gotten scraggly and her hair was too long.  I'll post a picture when she gets back.  I'll have before & after :-)  She was very happy to be there - they give her treats and she gets to sit in the blasting A/C with the other pups. 

I'll still be posting while I'm away in New Mexico.  I want to keep you guys posted about the exciting things I'm going to learn and do.  There will most definitely be some sunrises and crazy scenery - hiking will be a must.  I wonder how far I can get on a bike!! :-)  (I don't have a credit card so I'm not a real grown up and can't rent a car).
