Central Park East - 8:25am
Good morning! It was a beautiful day in the Park today. It was cold enough that the conservatory pond was entirely frozen over, but it was so sunny and blue skied that it felt warm enough for me to not wear gloves and open my coat. There were lots of people out with their dogs this morning, too. Today is my last day to study for Immunology - the final is tomorrow, finally (pun intended)! I'm sick of studying all day, everyday and am ready to get back in the lab. Monday I'll be back in the lab starting my first day in Joao's Xavier's lab. I'll be working for a postdoc fellow from the Netherlands named Dave who has 2 daschunds named Peanut and Cookie. I think it will be a good match - haha.
